Didn’t see the question. Success is always defined by silverware acquired. One FA Cup as a manager in his own right is not success. With the team he’s had for the past two seasons, he should’ve won the title. He HAS to win it this season.

If Arsenal are still playing great football, challenging for honours all season and earning Champions League football next season then Arteta is rock solid safe, unless you’re suggesting that sacking him and bringing in a manager that is already better than Pep is a viable option?
