Cardi B has luscious black hair, flowing gracefully down to her waist. However, the rapper is not the one to gatekeep her beauty secrets. Sharing her routine candidly, she recently turned to Twitter to unveil her personal hair care tips.

She shared a series of four photos depicting herself at different stages of life: childhood, teenage years, early 20s, and the present day. “This is me as a child.. this is me as a teenager.. this is me in my early 20’s…and NOW.”

Further, she also silenced people who “blame my hair growing hair on genetics”. “Where was the genetics when I was in school?” she asked.

“The facts are you need hair products and good care that works for you to maintain it and keep it healthy.. sometimes it’s not even just about growth it’s about keeping it HEALTHY and the growth comes,” she added.

The conversation about Cardi’s hair transformation started after she shared a mirror selfie flaunting her hair. “My hair has grown so much!!! Let me know if y’all want a video of my HOMEMADE hair oil… handmade by ME!” she wrote.

Following the tweet, a user accused her of misleading the masses by being “a LATINA selling ‘hair growth oil’ to BLACK women.” To this, the rapper clarified that she is not selling any product. “I been showing my hair growth journey to my fans since 2016.”

However, several others insisted that Cardi shared her products. “Give me the f—ing products lol f— them,” a user wrote. Cardi replied by inviting the fan to her home to be pampered, styled, and fed by the superstar.

“Girl come to my house ….I will wash your hair down myself with boiled onion water & make you a thick a** hair mask and have my auntie do your blowout…….Maaa liquor and food too!” she wrote.
