Positive news for Leeds as Crysencio Summerville outlines transfer plans

It’s already been another summer of huge upheaval for Leeds United, after their failure to get promoted to the Premier League meant that the owners would need to authorise a second mass exodus in 12 months in order to keep within Financial Fair Play boundaries.

A number of players have departed with star man, Crysenscio Summerville, understood to be the subject of interest from West Ham United.

As of this moment, the 22-year-old, who bagged 21 goals and provided nine assists last season (WhoScored) remains a Leeds player.

However, it’s almost certain that he won’t be lining up at Elland Road next season unless it’s in opposition.

There is a silver lining on the horizon for owners, 49ers Enterprises, though.

According to Leeds Live, there’s an acceptance from all parties that Summerville is highly likely to leave this summer, but the player’s camp want to ensure that Leeds get a good deal out of the sale given that they were the club that gave him his chance in England.

If the player was always going to move on anyway, then earning as much as possible has to be seen as a positive.
