According to Fabrizio Romano, the 16-year-old winger has already agreed on a move to Liverpool and he has decided to leave the Chelsea academy. The Reds are now working to secure his signature.
The 16-year-old’s registration is going through Premier League’s five-step investigation process and the transfer could be confirmed in four weeks.
Ngumoha is highly rated in England and he has a bright future ahead of himself. He could prove to be a quality long-term investment for Liverpool if they can get the deal done.
