Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is celebrating his 50th birthday by having a cup of tea somewhere very close to the nature. God of cricket, posted a picture on his Instagram handle and captioned it, “Tea Time: 50 Not out!”

Two photos posted by Tendulkar show him sitting at the side of a swimming pool with a view of the ocean and drinking a cup of tea. When everyone expects that the little master will celebrate his birthday with full energy, the cricketer chooses to sit at a calm place and enjoy his own presence.

Tendulkar on his 50th birthday getting wishes all around the world and the day of his birth is being celebrated as a festival by his fans. Sachin’s birthday celebrations started three days before the actual day when cake cutting ceremony was held before the Mumbai Indians match against the Punjab Kings at Wankhede Stadium.

Sachin’s batting partner Virender Sehwag also wished in his own style by doing ‘sheersha asana’. He tweeted, “Maidaan par jo aapne kaha , uska ulta hi kiya, toh aaj aapke iconic 50th birthday par toh aapko Shirshasana karke wish karna hi tha. Wish you a very happy birthday. Paaji , aap jiyo hazaaron saal , Saal ke din ho ek crore. #HappyBirthdaySachin.”

Veteran Australian Cricketer Ricky Ponting also wished legend and said, “I’ve said forever Sachin Tendulkar is technically the best batter that I’ve ever seen and played with or against. Whatever plan that we came up with as a bowling group, he found a way to combat it.”
